SEA SURVIVAL (Course No SS-35)

 

 
Target Audience        :         Any staff or crew member working offshore
Location                     :        Either at Training Centre in Musaffah or at Client’s premises.
Objectives                  :       To ensure that staff are competent in the procedures of  Sea Survival techniques.                        

Contents                     :   

Ø             Construction & operating of life saving appliances

Ø             Method of launching different types of life rafts

Ø             Boarding the life raft and know how to deal with the capsized life raft.

Ø             Survival techniques and Water effects.

Ø             Use of survival kit

Ø             Search and rescue procedures

 

Time                        :           Two Days Course (12 to 14 Hours) Valid for 3 Years
