ACCIDENT INVESTIGATION (Course No HSE-45)

 

 
Target Audience        :          HSE managers, Safety Officers, Supervisors or anyone who may be involved as an accident Investigation team  member.
Location                     :          Training Centre at Musaffah.
Objectives                  :          The provision of information regarding accident Causation, Costs (direct & indirect), investigation and
                                                               reporting.

Contents                     :                                                            

                                                              How to investigate, interview, collate evidence, write a report containing recommendations for future  prevention.
                                                              Practical session based on an accident video.

Time                        :              One Day Course (6  to 7 Hours) Valid for 2 years.
